I have always wanted to try a wagyu steak so I got the American wagyu 8 ounce. It was a good compliment to go on the wagyu steak that I ordered and my boyfriend’s beef wellington that he ordered. On to the food: we had wanted to try out the bone marrow but it was not on the menu - they were working off of a limited menu - not exactly sure why but I am guessing because it was a weekday? My boyfriend asked her if we could order it anyway and she went to talk to the kitchen staff/manager and it was approved so we got to try out the bone marrow. They do have happy hour specials such as pork belly but you can only get those if you sit at the bar area so we did not get to try out the pork belly as we had hoped. It is also visible when you first enter the restaurant but you get up close when you walk into the main dining area to be seated. You can also see the meats and where they age them since it is clear glass. I liked the decor and look of the restaurant. They have a big wine menu and huge wine racks when you walk into the main dining area with the British flag. They do have some interesting drinks if you drink alcohol. ![]() I don't drink a lot and I don't feel any drink is worth paying that much for. Cocktails were 14 bucks a piece so I decided not to try one out. ![]() ![]() The other staff kept our waters refilled and brought out certain dishes to us and they were friendly as well. Our waitress was fast, efficient, and friendly.
